Adjudicate Today accepts adjudication documents at our office Level 18, 333 Ann Street Brisbane during normal business hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
The site is located within the Brisbane CBD on the south-eastern side of Ann Street in a heritage precinct. It is bounded by Hutton Lane to the south-west. The location offers easy access for pedestrians and cars and is close to public transport. For vehicular traffic, Ann Street is a major thoroughfare for the South East Freeway, Coronation Drive, Victoria Bridge and Fortitude Valley. There is ready access to public transport – both bus and rail (Central Railway Station is 100 metres away). 4 public car parks are available closeby.
We are acutely aware that the strict timeframe's of the Act can sometimes make it difficult to complete adjudication applications / responses before 5:00pm and sometimes those extra hours to midnight are crucial.
In such circumstances, we will always attempt to make an officer available to accept delivery.
