Adjudicate Today Pty Ltd is an Authorised Nominating Authority appointed by the Victorian Government to nominate adjudicators. It is a related company to Mediate Today Pty Limited and provides independent dispute resolution services to the building and construction industry.
Adjudicate Today provides services throughout Victoria, Queensland and NSW covering all areas of the industry. Adjudicators appointed to the Adjudicate Today panel in Victoria have received comprehensive training on the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 and have been registered as competent by Adjudicate Today. Adjudicate Today requires adjudicators attend workshops and training on a regular basis.
Information on the adjudication process is quickly available by contacting the trained Adjudicate Today staff who will ensure all parties are aware of the relevant requirements of the Act, particularly the tight timeframes in which applications and responses must be submitted and determined.
