Adjudicate Today accepts adjudication documents at our office Level 23, HWT Tower, 40 City Road, Southgate, Victoria 3006 during normal business hours, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
The site is a 5 minute walk from Flinders Street Station and is located on the southern side of the Yarra River in the Herald and Weekly Times Tower (HWT) with surrounding landmarks being the Arts Centre, Eureka Tower, Southgate Arts and Leisure Precinct. The site is readily accessible by public transport.
Casual parking is available in the Southgate Car Park at the base of the HWT and IBM buildings. Entry to Southgate Car Park is off Southgate Avenue or City Road. Rates start at $12:00 per hour.
We are acutely aware that the strict timeframes of the Act can sometimes make it difficult to complete adjudication applications / responses before 5:30pm and sometimes those extra hours to midnight are crucial.
In such circumstances, we will always attempt to make an officer available to accept delivery.
