Profile
Dulal Ghosh has over 37 years' experience in varied management roles in the construction industry in the areas of power generation, transmission and distribution, mining, oil and gas platforms, water and waste water treatment plants. His experience includes representing the principal, contractor and supplier. Experience in construction contract administration and/or dispute resolution. Negotiation and formulation of large contracts, administering contracts representing the principal or contractor, risk analysis and mitigation of project risks, and claims management. Experience on a number of adjudications for the preparation of applications and responses. Experienced in formulating arbitration agreement, statement of claims and statement of defence, discovery of information, experts’ briefing and witness statements.
Dulal is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Fellow member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
Dulal is a registered Adjudicator in Western Australia and is an Expert Determiner and an Arbitrator for commercial dispute resolution.
