Profile
Robert is an electrical engineer with over forty (40) years’ experience in the construction industry, mainly in the area of major contracting. During that time, he has fulfilled a variety of senior positions including project manager, construction manager, contracts manager and area manager. Since 2005 he has acted as a consultant providing expertise and advice to a wide range of construction companies on a broad range of technical, contractual and commercial issues.
Robert has been an adjudicator since 2003 is accredited to practice in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania the Australian Capital Territory South Australia and Western Australia. He is a senior adjudicator on several Authorised Nominating Authorities’ (ANA) panels, provides assistance and support to some ANAs when required. When required he acts as a peer review adjudicator.
Robert is the president of the Adjudication Forum, and he has provided advice to several state governments on their security of payment acts.
