Vic: Claimant Accepts Payment Schedule
Receipt of the payment schedule does not guarantee payment and some respondents have been known not to pay by the due date for payment.
The due date for payment under the Act is the date on which a payment claim becomes due and payable either in accordance with the terms of the contract or, if there is no such valid provision, 10 business days after the payment claim is made.
Please move to the next step on the Victoria flowchart by selecting either "Full or any part of Scheduled Amount not paid by Due Date" or "Full Payment made by Due Date". Payment Process under the Act complete" depending on the circumstances.
