It is essential that an applicant identify whether a notice of dispute has been properly served by the respondent as the Act provides for different timeframes and notifications.
This menu is only applicable where the respondent has served a valid notice of dispute. If this is not the case, click on the Notice of Dispute NOT Served menu.
